Agnieszka obtained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2006 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She immigrated to Australia in 2010 and settled in Brisbane. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the management of clients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Her special interests include back and neck pain, headache and migraine (using the Watson Headache® Approach) and temporomandibular disorder (TMD). She is skilled and experienced in dry needling, which she has found very effective in the treatment of pain arising from muscular, joint and neural structures.
She has a passion for Pilates and has completed her Pilates certification with DMA Clinical Pilates, as well as Polestar Pilates. Over the past 6 years she has combined Pilates and Physiotherapy to deliver a holistic and active approach to the treatment and rehabilitation of her clients. She believes that healthy movement is the key to wellbeing and injury prevention.
